What to expect on delivery day — please read this

This part is not boilerplate and it will save you trouble.

  • These are large, heavy parcels. A boxed e-bike is typically 25–50 kg, and a twin pack is two of them. Make sure someone is available who can receive and move it.
  • Check the box before you sign. Look for crushing, punctures and water damage. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork before signing, and photograph it. This is much harder to resolve afterwards.
  • Unbox promptly. Inspect the frame, wheels, display and battery for transit damage and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
  • Keep the packaging until you are satisfied the bike is right. If you need to return it, the original box is by far the safest way to send a bike back.

Battery shipping
