The option menu names the bike and the capacity — for example "Battery 13Ah For L20". Match it to the model on your frame, not to the bike you think you have; ENGWE has revised several models. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your battery and its label and we will confirm before dispatch.
A note on the M20 fitments
The M20 packs are listed as "with equalizer". The M20 supports a dual-battery configuration and the equaliser manages the pair. Order the equaliser version for that bike.
Capacity and range
Range scales roughly with watt-hours. A 48 V 16 Ah pack holds about 768 Wh; a 48 V 13 Ah pack about 624 Wh — around 23% more range from the larger one, all else equal.

Do not charge a pack that is damaged, swollen or has been submerged. Use only the charger supplied for this pack. At end of life the battery must be recycled through a battery collection point, not put in household waste.
